Executive Team Member of ECHO Ontario Chronic Pain and Opioid Stewardship (UHN) Dr. Smith is a Neurologist and Addiction Medicine specialist who leads the Interprofessional Pain and Addiction Recovery Clinic (IPARC) at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH). He completed his medical training at McGill University and residencies at University of Washington School of Medicine and University of California, Los Angeles and fellowship training in pain and addiction at the University of Toronto.
